Crispy Air-Fried Gar Fish – Better Than Catfish!

A Soul food Classic

If you’ve never had gar fish, you should! This gar is delicious and what I like most about it is the bite. The meat is more firm than catfish. That is what I love most about it. To be more different, I air fried it instead of in a deep fryer. Lets give gar fish some love it deserves attention just as much as catfish!
